i made this term up called "neotoon" n its basically a webtoon on neocities (neo-toon; neocity webtoon)
there used 2 b a diff 1 but i dont like it so i gave up on it
these goofy goobers r called 3d cat n anime girl
the sprites r toro (koneko mo issho vers) n teruno, respectively
